REFUND POLICY

1. Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for products that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Customized, limited-edition, and sale items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange a product for a different size or style, contact us before sending it back.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, email us at phoenixcompanies19@gmail.com with photos and order details within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After that, cancellation may not be possible.
